Terms of sale

Last updated 5 November 2026

These terms apply to purchases from wholecrewportraits.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown on each product page. Checkout is handled by Stripe, which shows the final total, including any shipping, before you pay. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product becomes unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Products

Portraits are AI-assisted drafts finished by an illustrator. Canvas colours can vary slightly from your screen.

Shipping and returns

See our shipping and returns pages, which form part of these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
